From gaps in the contract to the Supreme Court

Юрист і клієнтка за столом переговорної, поряд стос судових справ

What the webinar is about

The event is organised jointly with the Federation of Employers of Ukraine (FEU), a national organisation representing the interests of more than 3,000 enterprises across Ukraine.

Over 2024-2025 the Supreme Court delivered several key rulings on supply contracts that in effect changed the standard of a "safe" contract. Companies still working from old templates lose disputes, even when they are right on the merits.

It is not about the judge. It is about the wording, which the court now reads differently.

The webinar is for you if at least one of these is your question

  • When did your lawyer last update the supply contract template to match the current practice of the Supreme Court?

  • Do you know how the Supreme Court now reads the clause on the moment title passes, and what happens when the contract says nothing about it?

  • If your counterparty challenges a key term of the contract in court, are you sure the court will read it the way you do?

  • Which terms did the Supreme Court begin to treat as mandatory in supply contracts in 2025, and are they in your template?
